We can design everything from an intimate affair for 20 of your closest family and friends in your backyard, 150 guests at your hometown church or over 500 people who have touched your life and influenced you in becoming the man/woman to be married at a number of local or destination venues.
We can set up timelines and schedules for all of your vendors to follow throughout the day.
We will work with your wedding professionals to assist with the loading in (while you are getting ready), set-up of decorations and design, keep them on track during the event, and assist with the strike/tear down after you are long gone.
We can work closely with your venue to insure proper set up, layout diagrams, go through rules and regulations, go over traffic patterns & staffing, along with all safety procedures.
